Iron Sheepdog is seeking a qualified Implementation Lead to spearhead our ongoing implementation efforts as we grow and service our customer base in new and existing markets.
This position is responsible for training and onboarding new customers, helping them become proficient at using our software platform and mobile app. The role requires project management experience, from planning through implementation and change management. Experience in the trucking, construction, materials, aggregates or related industries is a strong plus.
Role Objectives
- Acts as the main point of contact for new client projects while managing the implementation and onboarding from initiation through proficiency
- Train new customers and users on the Iron Sheepdog software platform and mobile app
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the product and demo and training
- Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, as well as for client and vendor/subcontractor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met
- Manages client hand-off to account representatives when implementation has been completed
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing complex technical projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good team player; highly motivated self-starter; good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
- Ability to function effectively and independently and prioritize multiple assignments
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant years of experience
- Experience with CRM Software solutions
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to communicate and work with clients and stakeholders
