Iron Sheepdog is hiring an Accounting Manager.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of maintaining the integrity of the financial
results for Iron Sheepdog.

Role Objectives

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform Procure to Pay functions
  • Assist in cash management processes
  • Oversee month end close process
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and processes
  • Liaise with external partners to include CPA firm, partner banks, etc.
  • Assist management with additional supporting functions as needed
  • Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to complete various tasks on time
Skills and Qualifications

Competencies:

  • Must possess strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products with strong skills in excel
  • Must be able to work independently and across the various teams at Iron Sheepdog
  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills

Critical Success Factors:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty as defined above and by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA is preferred but not required
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Knowledge of construction and related industries a plus
