Iron Sheepdog is hiring a Credit Operations Manager.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Credit Operations Manager will oversee all customer invoicing, credit and collection activities.

Role Objectives

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform Order to Cash functions
  • Assist in customer set up on ISD Platform
  • Oversee weekly invoicing process
  • Main point of contact for customer billing inquiries
  • Qualify customers of credit worthiness
  • Manage AR trial balance in partnership with sales team
  • Post cash from collections to AR in QuickBooks and ISD Platform
  • Liaise with external counsel as needed on collection efforts
  • Assist management with additional supporting functions as needed
  • Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to complete various tasks on time
Skills and Qualifications


  • Must possess strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products with strong skills in excel
  • Must be able to work independently and across the various teams at Iron Sheepdog
  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills

Critical Success Factors:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty as defined above and by management


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or General Business
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of construction and related industries a plus
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
